I can’t believe it’s Friday and the last day of May today. Time sure flies… And because it’s Friday, I think everyone deserves to end the work week/month with a little something sweet and decadent.
Now to all you Oreo, chocolate chip cookie, Nutella and brownie fans. If you like either one of these or all then you’re in for a treat. These brownie bites are little bites of heaven! You have the cookie dough on the bottom and Nutella brownie batter on top. Then the Oreo cookie in the center, all in one little package. YUM! Doesn’t that sound good? Don’t you just want to bite into one? Now march into the kitchen and bake some. You’ll be happy that you did. Happy Friday!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Nutella
- 2 eggs
- 10 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 12 tablespoons chocolate chip cookie dough
- 12 Oreos
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking cups in the muffin pan.
Using a stand or electric mixer (or mix by hand) mix together Nutella, eggs, flour and salt until combined.
Spoon cookie dough into each baking cup, about 1 tablespoon. Flatten and press them into the edges. Place an Oreo on top and then spoon Nutella brownie batter evenly over the top, about 1 tablespoon.
Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let the brownie bites cool for 5-7 minutes in the muffin pan before transferring them to the cooling rack.

That’s one-ell-of-a-title! We don’t have Oreos over here. Trying to think of what might sub. Shall have a look tomorrow when out food shopping. Have a great w/end!
I’m a big fan of these ingredients. You have done a great job. Look at the beautiful layers.
I’m not normally a ‘sweet’ fan, but when I indulge, it’s something like this – bet they’re delicious!
Oh man, you are killing me! Oreos, brownies and nutella. Teenagers are looking over my shoulder and now guess what I am making tomorrow? LOL Have a super weekend. BAM
Oh, my gosh, that is the trifecta of treats right there! Oreo, chocolate chip, and brownie?!? NUTELLA brownie??? I don’t think there could be anything better! Thanks for the awesome recipe!
Oh my, Anne…these are pure heaven! Just bought some Oreos yesterday and had to smack away some hands…I like to use them for baking treats. If I let them have more than a few, they’ll eat the whole pkg in seconds flat!
This recipe is very mouth watering…perfect for the sweet tooth I have and need my sweet fix for today! Pinning onto my “Oreo Greatness” board… (=
Thanks Gloria for the lovely comment. 🙂 Aren’t Oreos addicting? Last time I bought a few family packs and it quickly disappeared. I had to buy mine this time from Costco to make sure I have enough for baking. 😉 Hope you had a fabulous weekend!
I’ve said it before: “Chocolate cures everything!”
Oh my goodness, how decadent!!
You really combine the best of the best in these cute little packages! Oreo, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Nutella and Brownie! Who can resist? I know I can’t. Okay, gotta make these yummy cuties soon!
Oh my!!! I could not handle having these within a 5 mile radius. They look divine!
They look great!! 😀
Thanks Natasha! So glad you think so. Thanks for the recipe! 🙂
These are one already delicious “thing” covered with another delicious “thing” – what’s not to like !!??
THIS LOOKS SO GOOD. so – maybe, I should try a nutella-chocolate extravaganza: your brownie and cookie dough mix wrapped around a nutella-stuffed banana cookie (that I just made recently).
the possibilities are hurting my head (in a good way).
I’m not sure if this type of decadence is legal.
There’s oreo, choc chip cookie dough, nutella, brownie… all in one here. omgeeeeee!!
One word…..AWESOME!!!
Oooh, I could use a few of those right now!
Oh, my. So many delectable components in one of these beautiful treats! Brava, Anne!
All of the best ingredients in the same recipe? Sounds like a good deal to me!
Oh Anne! These remind me of the time I wrapped Oreo cookies with chocolate chip cookie dough. Only this is WAY better! The addition of Nutella? Oh my! Did you know that I LOVE Nutella and eat it out of the jar with a spoon?
Oreos + Nutella + Brownies + Cookies. This is a whole new level of awesome!
OMG!! Anne you did a awesome job with these yummylicious treats! They’re fantastic. Since I have such a huge sweet tooth, I’m always craving more than one treat at a time. How great you’ve put three of my favorite treats together! There was not a crumb left on the wrapper when I got done with them. 😀
Thanks hon! So glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
Seriously those are too cute! I’m going to have to go on a diet just from looking at these!
These look super yummy! Going to give them a go soon 🙂
These look incredible. Going to bake them this weekend!
