Apple Cinnamon Streusel Muffins

One of my homemade vanilla extracts was made out of spiced rum and I was dying to try it out on a baked good with warm spice. This muffin turned out pretty well although I wish I had put more vanilla extract in it. Yum!!! Happy Autumn! 🙂

Chocolate Chip Muffins

I love milk chocolate. The best milk chocolate chip, in my opinion, is Guittard. Their chocolate chips are fat and squatty —definitely not your average Nestlé chocolate chips. Whenever the chocolate chips are the star ingredient, I like to use Guittard. It really does make a difference in your baked goods.

Goat Cheese and Scallion Beer Bread

I love the smell of baked goods in the oven. I noticed I had some crumbled goat cheese leftover from a dinner party so I decided to make good use of it along with some beer in the fridge. Enjoy!
